Our Services Driver Staffing Solutions provides: - Temporary and permanent driver recruitment - Driver training and preparation support - Compliance and licence verification - Staffing solutions for transport operators We act as an employment agency for permanent placements and as an employment business for temporary staffing arrangements. ## 3. Driver Obligations Drivers registering with us agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information regarding qualifications and licences - Notify us immediately of any changes to licence status, endorsements, or right to work - Attend all booked assignments punctually and professionally - Comply with all site rules, operator requirements, and relevant legislation - Maintain valid CPC status where required for the role ## 4. Operator Obligations Operators using our services agree to: - Provide clear and accurate job and role requirements - Ensure appropriate health and safety standards at their sites - Confirm start times, locations, and any site-specific requirements in advance - Raise any concerns regarding a driver's conduct or performance promptly ## 5. Fees and Payment Agreed rates and payment terms will be set out in a separate engagement agreement or confirmation document. ## 6. Limitation of Liability Driver Staffing Solutions will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services beyond what is required by law. ## 7.
